General terms and conditions does not accept liability for any delays in delivery. If an order is lost, Stickerkid will reprint the order. However, money can't be refund.

Any slight difference in color or background between the illustration on the website or in brochures, and the end product shall not be accepted as a cause for complaint.

After the successful payment, you will receive a copy of your invoice per email with all the details of your order.

Due to international and local customs regulations, additional import fees might apply to any order placed on the Stickerkid website. This might apply to any country located outside of the EU commercial zone.

Stickerkid is not qualified to calculate such costs and cannot provide any estimation. When placing an order, the customer is solely responsible for any additional customs or import fees. We strongly encourage our customers to enquire their local customs office about any additional costs before placing an order.

Refund Policy

Faulty products and any mistakes on our part will be remedied as soon as possible. However, claims must be filed within 15 days of delivery. If the product shows no defect, it cannot be replaced or exchanged.

This does not apply to design or spelling mistakes (i.e. misspelling of names, missing numbers, etc.).Once your order validated, change requests cannot be taken into account to ensure production and dispatch of your order in 24h. We will however happily work with you to find a solution should you notice an issue with your order. So please still get in touch.
